Reconstruction of the structural setting of the north-eastern side of the high Agri Valley (Southern Apennines, Italy) based on detailed field mapping

"..allo scopo di definire meglio le strutture (tettoniche) e di aggiornare contestualmente le unità stratigrafiche affioranti, abbiamo realizzato una carta geologica dettagliata, che prende in considerazione non solo le formazioni come unità stratigrafiche di base, ma anche suddivisioni più fini come membri o strati. Utilizzando questo approccio, abbiamo migliorato la stratigrafia dell'area, abbiamo riconosciuto nuove unità geologiche e, infine, abbiamo ricostruito in dettaglio l'assetto strutturale e l'evoluzione tettonica della Val d'Agri".
